As part of the ongoing political dialogue, a delegation from the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami reached the chief adviser's residence Jamuna to hold a meeting with Muhammad Yunus this evening (22 October).

The delegation entered Jamuna around 5:45pm. 

The delegation includes Jamaat's Nayeb-e-Ameer Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, Assistant Secretary General ATM Masum, and Rafiqul Islam Khan.

Earlier in the afternoon, a delegation from the National Citizen Party (NCP) held a meeting with the chief adviser.
Yesterday, a BNP delegation met the chief adviser to discuss preparations for the upcoming national election.
The meetings are part of the chief adviser's continued discussions with political parties ahead of polls.
