BRAC Bank PLC hosted the Agent Meet 2025 for the Dhaka Region, reaffirming its commitment to financial inclusion and closer collaboration with its field partners.

The event brought together agent partners from 116 Agent Banking Outlets across Dhaka, Narayanganj, and Gazipur, creating a dynamic platform for dialogue, idea exchange, and strategic alignment between the Bank and its agent network.

The day-long gathering featured senior leadership from BRAC Bank, including Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO; Syed Abdul Momen, Additional Managing Director and Head of SME Banking; M. Masud Rana FCA, Additional Managing Director and CFO; Md. Sabbir Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer; Nazmul Rahim, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Alternate Banking Channels; and Md. Nazmul Hasan, Head of Agent Banking.

The discussions focused on strengthening operational excellence, overcoming field-level challenges, and setting future priorities for expanding banking access in underserved communities. Senior officials shared strategic insights and motivational guidance, encouraging agents to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

A highlight of the event was the recognition of top-performing agents in the Diamond category, celebrating their dedication, performance, and contribution to BRAC Bank's growth in agent banking.

The event also reflected the vibrant spirit of collaboration between the Bank and its agents — showcasing how partnership, technology, and shared purpose are driving inclusive growth.
